In this week's episode I talk to Natasha de Grunwald. For 30 years, Natasha has worked as a therapist and teacher of Thai Yoga Massage. She speaks about her journey of travelling to Thailand to learn Thai Massage and coming back to the UK as the only practitioner of this modality. This led Natasha to be acutely aware of lacking community and she has spent her life building communities and supporting other wellbeing practitioners. We also discuss her transition to become a breathwork facilitator and the importance of felt sense relating to intuition. We acknowledge that doing the inner work can be difficult sometimes but it is so important and powerful.

Natasha de Grunwald is an educator and healer who focusses on bringing delight and magic (with a sprinkling of mischief) into people lives using coaching, touch and breathwork. She offers bespoke 1:1 coaching packages, themed breathwork sessions and teaches healers how to have delight in their businesses.
