In this episode I'm joined by Borehamwood and recent Maidenhead United FC loanee goalkeeper Nathan Ashmore. Ash's football upbringing has made him one of the National Leagues most resilient goalkeeper, working his way through the lower divisions of non-league before securing a move to Ebbsfleet United in the Conference South. With over 300 games of experience, he recently faced his toughest challenge yet with a 4 month stint on the sidelines with injury. We talk about his rehabilitation journey, focusing on the physical and psychological challenges he has experienced in his bid to return to the National League. We Discuss:
