In this episode, Nathan details the start-ups of Wandering Hops Brewery and their expansion to their second location in Zillah, Washington in 2020. We learn about the unique Lupomax hops and how they differ from normal hops. Finally, the trio discusses how the Hazy IPA beer style made its way to the west coast and how the change was not as welcoming as Nathan had hoped.
