Nathan was born in the Uk and raised in jamaica before again moving back and finding his passion for martial arts in 1977. He is now a professional kickboxing champion and a Lau Gar martial arts teacher as well as being a actor with starring roles in films including : The Legend of Tarzan , Kick-Ass and King Arthur: Legend of the Sword .
Nathan tells the podcasters about his martial arts careers in Lau Gar Kung Fu, kickboxing and karate and some of the lessons he learned both from a young age and in his experience through the years and traveling the world.
