The Commissioner of CHRAJ, Joseph Whittal, has urged the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) to step in and cancel the contract with Ribade Company Ltd, citing violations of Ghana's procurement laws, especially regarding the awarding of the construction contract for the National Cathedral.
