Dr. Jerry Newcombe from Providence Forum joins us to discuss how Christians overcome through prayer/  dependence on God.  In countries where those in authority want the people completely dependent on the state, God is viewed as competition and people are persecuted for refusing to worship the state.  We are starting to see this work out in the U.S. A country started by people who escaped religious persecution in Europe to found a nation where rights come from God is publicly acknowledged and human rights are ensconced in the Bill of Rights.
