So let’s talk about the U.S. national debt crisis. Many would argue that it’s not a crisis as long as we have the ability to pay our interest payments. I believe however, that it’s a crisis because although there are ways to kick the can down the road, our financial systems are ultimately not working–and these broken systems are infiltrating how the population handles their own household finances.
