It's always January the 6th, because the 12 Days of Christmas just ended.  Per tradition, you're supposed to wait until they've passed to take it down. Technically, you're supposed to take ALL your Christmas decorations down today.  So, if you're ready to start judging your neighbors for still having their lights up, there's your excuse.
