In this episode, I delve into the realm of shadow work. I was recently stung by a horsefly, and I was determined to heal it naturally. However, I also had to heal some emotional and spiritual wounds from this life and a previous one.  In my past life, I grew up in a DUMB. I was ignoring a shadow aspect from that time that was ready to come home and reintegrate. This sting was a reminder to face her and welcome her back.
