Mothering is a reward but def can be tough. 

Take your laxative, and get your relief sis. 

How many times have you started something and quit before you got the chance to see the end result? You're not alone I've done it a million times too. 

Do your research before you decide who will get your loan through. Relationship over transaction any day. 

Just because you struggled doesn't mean I have too, neither do my kids. 

So many times, we waste time learning how to do something when it's already being done. Just hire the person who knows how to get it done. 

Date the "rate"......Marry the "house". Don't believe the hype it's still go time with buying yourself a home.
