Jana Brooks is the Customer Experience Manager for Visit Baltimore, the convention and visitor bureau of her hometown Baltimore, MD, and is the owner of Forward Minded Management, her sustainability and event consultancy. Previously, she was the Operations Manager for the newly modernized CFG Bank Arena, and prior to that, Jana was the Manager of Events and Tenant Services for the Maryland Stadium Authority. There she was in charge of overhauling the sustainability efforts across the Complex which led to LEED Gold and Silver statuses for Oriole Park and the Warehouse, respectively. Jana is a member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Maryland chapter amongst other organizations and earned her LEED Green Associate designation in June 2023.

As you will hear in this episode, Izzy loves taking photos of naturally occurring moments (a lot of them involving nature & shadows) that catch her eye & allow her to appreciate what's around her 📷🌿
