I think most of us either have or perhaps carry a small, polished stone created by a tumbling machine. Nature has them on the coast where the ocean waves meeting the shore cause rocks to tumble as the water recedes. The sound, as well as the feel of the rocks, can polish our minds, washing away some of our daily stress.
