I am Working as an Assistant Professor in a College. 

I have been working there since 2016 as a guest faculty and after qualifying MPPSC SET in the year 2019 

I have been promoted as an Assistant Professor. 

I want to highlight the hardships that an Assistant Professor faces when he enters into a diverse organisational culture. How he deals with Organizational Conflicts & most importantly how to maintain a perfect balance between your professional life & personal life. 

I cracked UGC-NET in December 2019 with an academic workload of 22 lectures a week along with that I use to attend Nav Mam’s Classes at Unacademy as well. 

I also do help my father in his business activities. Life Management is something that we all must learn in order to maintain healthy & loving relationship with your dear ones.
