In recent years, the “circle” of personalized disease management for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has been expanded, and clinicians are now able to utilize innovative therapeutics, such as novel cytotoxic platforms, targeted agents, immunotherapy, and epigenetic approaches, that can be tailored to patients’ diverse medical needs.
