Dr. Ashley Margeson has a clinical practice focused on burnout recovery and prevention and hormone optimization in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and she is the host of the Superwoman Code Podcast; a weekly podcast educating busy women about how to make their health work for them, not against them. Most recently, Ashley launched the Girl's Guide to Hormones, the Sex Ed Class you wish you had, but at a time in your life when you can actually use the information from it to understand what is going on. She's also the co-founder of Burnout Blueprint, an online course to help busy people recover and prevent burnout.
