This week on Journey to June, I am joined by my lovely niece, Taylor McGowan. Taylor has been a member of the Soulstigator community for years now and has seen the value of self-discovery work first hand! 

 

In this episode, Taylor shares her experiences of transitioning jobs and moving to a new city at the age of 28. She shares the importance of doing mindset work and how it has helped her become more self-aware and conscious of her feelings. Taylor also talks about her dreams of running her own business and the challenges she has faced in navigating her career path. She emphasizes the value of taking time for oneself and the impact it can have on relationships and personal growth. 

 

We recorded this episode a few days before our first in-person Solstigator retreat! We wrap up by sharing what we are looking forward to and discussing the importance of creating space for self-reflection and exploration.
