Navigating Change- Officer Appointment Changes

It’s that time of the year in the Salvation Army when officer appointment changes are announced and moves will soon follow. As a youth director, employee, or Corps member, how do we navigate through these changes well? How do we say goodbye to our current leaders and welcome our new leaders while continuing to keep the ministry growing? How do we navigate the change and emotions that come with an appointment change? We sat down with Lt. Col. Sheryl Tollerud and David Witthoff to discuss these and other questions related to navigating an appointment change.
