Shirley Thiessen is an author of “The Little Black Funeral Dress”, speaker and grief coach. Since 2012 when her newly married 23-yr- old son died in a workplace accident, Shirley has experienced God’s love for her through her caring & courageous friends who she calls her Hope Heroes. No one should feel alone in their grief. Everyone deserves to have a Hope Hero. By equipping others to be a Hope Hero, Shirley is recycling her pain for a good purpose.
