In this episode, I interview Matilda, a Ghanaian immigrant living in the US with her husband and son. We discuss her birthing experience in the US and the resources she found to be most helpful during the perinatal period. Matilda encourages expectant mothers to get enough sleep and be mindful of their health habits as they prepare for motherhood.
