Very good and current if you like truth

I found this an excellent recording on just what the title says. I am in the process of listening to it a second time (and I will listen to it several more times I am sure) as it has helped me think differently about how I might manage myself during a time of major upheaval in my life.

I am someone who has benefited a great deal from listening to Caroline Myss' recordings. I find her candor refreshing and exactly what I need to help me confront aspects of myself that I would often times like to ignore or at least pretend are not as debilitating as they are. Having written that, I am often amazed that people looking for wisdom, life knowledge, and truth allow things like a person's speaking style or voice intonation to distract them from the greater prize of words, thoughts, and ideas that could very well change their lives. I have been learning how to not let packaging dictate content to me and this has helped me expose myself to important life-changing things which would have alluded me in the past. I hope this is helpful to someone considering purchasing this recording.

terrible & agressive

This is a very negative book whereby Myss is quite judgemental and aggressive in her approach to "get over it", then she leads into a very childish and extended sermon about sharing skills in tough times. I have most of her books & have enjoyed them, this one is appalling. Dont waste your money.

Very Disappointing

I found myself exhausted after listening to this--but not in a good way. Myss is passionate, but her tone is so strident it's almost abusive. She rants in a bullying and judgmental way--seeming to berate her audience.

yes this was really good, and very difficult. Truth to the core I am hopeful for humanity
