You have to make sure the team has a clear understanding of the vision and the tools they need in order to execute, so you can trust them and depend on your team. That comes with time and understanding how to properly and effectively delegate because you cannot do it all by yourself. It is important that we embrace the change because resisting change only keeps you behind time.
