With many establishments shut down and customers moving around the country, pest control owners and operators had to pivot, seek growth opportunities, and find new ways to deliver top-tier service. 

Despite supply chain issues, fewer customers, and changes in pandemic protocol, Jeff Rea found a way to keep his business afloat — and growing.
