Life as we knew it has gone out the window and unless we establish boundaries and a new routine we are going to be overwhelmed and frustrated or burned out sooner or later.This episode includes some of the tips and tricks I use to navigate through managing office work, household work without getting overwhelmed including how to set boundaries and effectively communicate them to your boss/colleagues/partner and even your kids
