Hi there, I'll try to skip over the cliche introductions, but my name is Lindsay; welcome to my podcast! I'm a very typical 23-year-old girl, making a podcast in hopes someone listens. If you've made it this far, then hopefully I can persuade you enough to listen, just by this bio alone... did it work? There's not an entire point of me describing who I am in here, because my show will sum that up pretty well (at least I hope it does). Over the span of this podcast, I'll be discussing all the fun topics: change, transition, body image, disordered relationships with food, self-worth, fitness, habits, relationships, therapy, and all good things in between.
