The boys are back and this week, they dive into the launch of a new series called “God & Sexuality.” Mark, Brock, and Josh set the tone by contrasting how secular culture and church culture have historically approached sex. On one side, the wider world often treats sexuality as animal instinct—driven by appetite, hookup culture, and convenience—while on the other, the church has sometimes pushed a message of repression and shame, especially through purity culture. They emphasize that both extremes fall short of God’s intent. Instead, Scripture presents sexuality as something sacred—neither to be indulged thoughtlessly nor suppressed in fear, but embraced as a beautiful part of being human and made in God’s image. The guys frame this series as a reprogramming of how we think about sex, aiming to move past cultural baggage and reclaim a healthy, biblical view of intimacy.
