Ever felt drained and overwhelmed, yet had to keep moving? You're not alone. We've all been there, and I was there recently myself. I was exhausted, but I had responsibilities to attend to, not least of which was negotiating with my high-energy young daughter. What I have found is key to navigating through such times?

In this episode I share more about how to connect with your true self to thrive during stressful times. We'll delve into 1) the importance of self-care and discuss why creating space for personal reflection is so important, 2) how acknowledging our thoughts and feelings can help us honor our nervous system states and reconnect us with our true selves and 3) the power of 'informing', a strategy rooted in Human Design, and how you can use it to navigate your day. Additionally, 4) we'll touch on grounding practices that bring us back to our body - think meditation, dance, exercise, and music - and discuss the importance of maintaining our own energetic boundaries.
