You are not broken. Negative self-talk is normal, we just have to learn ways to turn that talk down. Pamela Hughes, Mindset and Life Coach joins Coach Clarence for a conversation, about the conversation we all have with ourselves and how it impacts us. Be aware of your thoughts as they are not facts. It is only when we attach meaning to those thoughts they can become negative self-talk. For example, Pamela as a former newswoman says TV news has definitely changed and the audience doesn’t understand the difference between facts and opinion which changes their thinking and beliefs. Also, how is working from home a blessing and a curse, and why it is important to slow down and discover what is important to you?
