The pandemic has brought to the forefront the challenges companies are experiencing in hiring and retaining employees.  Many companies are relying on pre-pandemic hiring practices when the available talent of potential employees have a very different idea of what employment should look like.  From flexible workhours to compensation to advancement opportunities, the workforce is demanding a different way of looking at the what "work" means.  So how do you teach an old dog new tricks?  What's the conversation like to help companies adapt to this new paradigm of work?
