Did you know the federal government first developed applicant tracking systems? These systems are designed to help companies prescreen resumes, but new AI systems make it harder to know what the applicant tracking systems are tracking.

Applying for a federal job is different than applying for a civilian job. Robin is giving you a strong foundation to help you start the process. We also explore how networking and utilizing job boards can aid in the job search process. Networking can be helpful in finding job opportunities and transitioning to a different agency or department within the federal government.
