My guest today is celebrating 15 years in business… 15!!! When you consider how many businesses don’t even make it through the first year, this is absolutely something to be celebrated.
 
Felicity Zadro is the founder of Zadro Agency which is an integrated communications agency. In this interview, Felicity generously shares the highs and lows of her 15 years in business. The things she did at the beginning and at every stage of growth - what worked, and what didn’t. 
 
She has worked hard to build up her business and has had incredible success, working with amazing clients and winning awards as well as dealt with some crushing lows including the decimation of her client base in the wake of covid. 
 
Some of the secrets to Felicity’s longevity are consistency, not sweating the small stuff and fostering a strong team culture.  She attracts rockstars and she lets them shine and is proof that it’s possible to build a great business with great people by your side.
