Let's talk about fear! The world is chaotic and many of us are dealing with more fear and uncertency than normally. I want to create a space where we can talk about those difficult emotions and with the Enneagram I'm in this episode sharing how each type is experiencing fear, as well as practical tools to embody when the fear is active - for me during the night when my nervous sytem is recovering and my guards are down.
