This beautiful Path of or to Freedom is one of continuous transformation.

But for all its beauty and wonder, continuously allowing for greater and grander versions and expressions of who and what we are is messy.

Transformation is messy. It is not all bliss and smiles.

And even though having an understanding of this does not immediately dissolve this messiness, it dissolves some of the judgments, opinions and fears around the inner turbulence, so that we may allow it to happen with increasing ease, grace and peace.
