Welcome to NAWG: A History Podcast! Not Another White Guy is an episodic project attempting to tackle the white washed nature of historical education.   

Who has shaped our modern lives as we know them today? Who has history left behind in favor of reteaching the same classical white male figures that we've all come to know?   

In the short amount of time that I've been involved in this project, I have come to realize just how enormous the pool of absolutely amazing men and women that we have failed to appreciate truly is. That I have just barely scratched the surface of the hundreds of absolutely fantastic historical figures that must be learned about and shared with future generations.
