Women make up only 13% of workers in the construction industry, but at the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), we are determined to change this statistic.

We have a goal to increase female representation in the industry to 25% by 2025.

To get there it's not just about recruiting more women, we need to shift the culture within the industry. Creating an environment that not only attracts women but also supports and retains them.
