Inglewood born and raised, Naydea is the Founder and CEO of NDDM and is the Sr. Director, Creative Production (Branded Content Agency), for Revolt. 

Starting with a career in talent relations and live tour management, she eventually transitioned into TV/Film and has built a reputation around the industry for excellence and being able to produce anything, which is why her IG name is affectionately @yepnaydea.nddm, because clients and brands have always come to say, “Yep, Naydea can do that.” 

From the BET Awards, BET Honors, Rip the Runway, the Celebration of Gospel, all for 3+ years, to her work now for Revolt, managing production for its major experiential properties, Naydea’s talents have no bounds.

In her work with NDDM, she specializes in production management, talent relations, event logistics & operations, serving as consultants to content creators and facilitating everything needed from the start to the finish of a production.
