Ever hear of a coach losing his job for getting to the NBA finals or for having the best record in his conference?  No - me either.  Sure George Karl didn’t get his contract renewed after winning coach of the year, but that’s a far cry from the same thing.   David Blatt.  Was there really any other way this was going to end?  I mean we all felt it was going to happen sometime right?
