In the wake of a fatal regional airline accident in Buffalo, NY earlier this year, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has been considering new flight time and rest rules. NBAA has concerns that the FAA's focus on the commercial airline accident could spill over into unscheduled, on-demand flights.
