NBAA hosts more than a dozen Professional Development Program (PDP) courses each year, with the next one set for March 17 in Atlanta, GA, focusing on aviation security. The workshops are a must for anyone looking to attain management roles, said NBAA PDP Project Manager Tyler Austin. "To attend a face-to-face course, that's invaluable," he said. "When you're face-to-face you can ask those important questions, and get incredible feedback right then and there."
