Jess Pryles, the Hardcore Carnivore, chats about dry-aging, her new book and BBQ families.  She also gave her thoughts on the NBBQA visit.

Jason Ganahl from GQUE Barbecue in Denver, CO stopped by to talk about his restaurant and how he got involved with BBQ in the first place.

Mark Graham and Shane Draper from Grilla Grills talked about how they got in to the grill business and how they have grown over the years.

Kell Phelps and Doug Scheiding closed the show (and the broadcast week) talking about this version of NBBQA and what the goal is for growth.  Kell also talked about the National BBQ News and the Best of The Best BBQ competition.
