In this episode of Cooze Control, I discuss two USF Bulls in K.J. Sails and Latrell Williams who are still awaiting word from the NCAA on their eligibility status for this season. I also discuss the players who were granted waivers early in the off-season and what the NCAA should do in the future to eliminate situations like Sails and Williams from happening again.
