Gretchen Bliss who leads the project for PPCC share news about this latest effort funded under a grant from the DOD Office of Economic Adjustment. Vincent has his work cut out for him as he is assisted by Daniel Spector and team with Global Firm Simon and Everett who have prepared similar evaluations for the DOD Office of Economic Adjustment across the country.
