We are headed back to the bayou in this week's episode! We watched and recapped NCIS: New Orleans Season 5 Episode 18 "In Plain Sight" before diving in to a true crime story that surprisingly shared more similarities with the TV episode than you would expect. From a young age, all Virginia Hall wanted was to be an agent in the US Foreign Service, but when serving as a clerk at the US Consulate in Turkey she lost her leg in a hunting accident and her dream came crashing down. However, little did anyone know, this woman with a wooden leg would become the most badass spy in the thick of Nazi-invaded France in World War II!
