Durell and S.B begin the episode talking about how they got connected with each other and S.B coming up in the Bronx rhyming and dancing for fun. Durell & S.B discuss the origin of how he got his name and his earliest memories of being introduced to Hip-Hop. S.B shares why he loves to use intelligent lyrics and catchy flows and how that shows an artist true talent. Durell and S.B and talk about how he became the MC of the internationally known hip-hop group “The Eyeconics”.
Durell and S.B end the episode talking about the work he does as a martial artist teaching self defense to women and using the techniques to be able to free themselves from danger. Durell and S.B. discuss the differences of men and women not being equal and why it is important to know that and for men to know that we have a responsibility to make sure as men that we do our part to show that they can trust us to lead them and keep them safe as best we can.
