This episode presents the St. Catherine University event Moving Forward Together: Breaking the Impasse VIII. Held on February 22nd, 2017; the evening presented policy, poetry, and creative solutions from Sr. Simone Campbell and Courtney Martin as they explored ways in which we can strengthen our communities to move beyond a politics of divisiveness. Sr. Simone focused on legislation that will mend the gaps and benefits the 100%. Courtney Martin insisted that real love for our nation calls us to look at ourselves, as citizens, and our great potential to shape it moving forward together.
