Two members of a Wenatchee Valley family have been touched by fatal violence at the Arizona vacation home they owned. A 26-year-old East Wenatchee man was arrested early Friday morning after an hours-long standoff with police. And a former East Wenatchee Water District employee was awarded $5 million on Thursday by a federal jury.
