When Christ spoke to one of the religious rulers, He advised him that he was not far from the Kingdom of God. The man had made progress in grasping vital spiritual truths: understanding who God truly is, recognizing His holy laws, what heaven is like, and how to gain entrance. Although this progress was commendable, what a tragedy if we were merely close to God's Kingdom yet not fully part of it.
