I started this podcast to share my journey of self healing that started back in 2023 that and that still continues to this day. In short, if someone wants to behave in a way that you disapprove of, let them. If someone you care about is ghosting you, don’t chase after them and force communication. Let them do what they want and live their own life.The first step to the healing process is to be willing to not be in control, which quite honestly is the hardest step.
