High Friend!
Welcome to a new episode of Necessary Reminders, your podcast/newsletter that's all about the necessary reminders we need for our souls and our mind. Hosted by me, Danielle Olivarez!
I've been out here visiting family… and experimenting. I've spoken about what I truly want to be doing with my time, what makes me happy, what fulfills me, and what keeps me honest with myself- aka in alignment with the life I want to live.
Lately, I've been thinking a lot about perfectionism. It's kind of been an illness I've been suffering from ever since I think I'd say I moved to LA. Making that across the country, putting a lot of trust in the support system that I had here, and just leaving my comfort zone, pushed me to a place I think that I didn't expect to be, but a place I needed to go to nonetheless, and it's left me with this connection to perfectionism that I honestly could not relate to at all any other time in my life.
Listen to this week’s episode and we’ll talk about how experimenting is sort of curing my perfectionism, and an easy way we can all remember our power.
ps: My notion has been helping me sooo much with remembering to write and keeping my s**t together. Lmk what you think!
Love you mean it,
Danielle Olivarez.
