Well friends, I’ve done it. I’ve created my first episode of my first Podcast: “YogaFix - Quick Yoga for Busy People.” This series will feature simple and brief practices that anyone can do.

My purpose is to help busy people like yourself feel better in 10 minutes or less. Today’s session focuses on the neck and shoulders and can be done in a chair (at your desk?!) or sitting on the floor. You do not need prior yoga experience to benefit.
