The past two years have been tough on people as the world dealt with the Coronavirus pandemic. Regardless of what you may think about how the world reacted to the virus, the pandemic has resulted in people experiencing anxiety and depression being at an all-time high. I know that I have seen an increase in my personal sphere of friends and relatives.
